Guardianship services generally include:
- Preparation and filing of an Application to Probate
- Obtaining required report from qualified expert regarding disability, if applicable
- Setting, preparation for and attendance at the required hearing to obtain Letters of Guardianship
- Drafting of a supporting documentation, Oath, and proposed Court Order to submit to Court
- Guidance for the gathering of information, preparation and filing of an Inventory
- Notice to all secured creditors by certified mail and filing proof
- Notice to all interested parties
- Negotiation of any claims against the Ward's estate
- Transfer assets if needed
- Annual Report and Annual Accounting on the 1st anniversary of the Guardianship (all future reports and accounting at additional charge)
