The law firm of Mounger & Campbell was founded in 1988 in Houston, Texas by Rex Mounger & Don Campbell.  During the first ten years of the firm, their practice focused on personal injury and worker's compensation.  In 1996, Rex Mounger retired and Don Campbell moved to the Texas Hill Country where he continued his legal work.  Shortly thereafter, in 1997, Carrie Campbell (Don's daughter) moved back from Chicago where she was practicing law to the Austin area.  They decided to go into partnership together in Wimberley where the relaxed way of life allowed them to build meaningful relationships with their clients.  Mounger & Campbell has evolved over the last 20 years away from a generalized practice to focus primarily on estate planning, probate, guardianships and business formation.  By limiting the type of work they take, Don Campbell and Carrie Campbell are able to acquire more in depth knowledge of their areas of practice, and thereby, be of greater service to their clients.
